Who are we?
We are a French couple who missed the taste of real pâtisserie after moving to Manchester.
Finding no halal options — and few that were gluten-free or vegan — we decided to create our own.
Grué was born from that craving for authenticity, blending French tradition with Mediterranean warmth.
