Welcome to Grué! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to accept these terms.

1. Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Orders must be placed at least 24–48 hours in advance, depending on the product.

  • Once confirmed, we will send you an email with pickup/delivery details.

2. Products

  • All our treats are handmade in small batches. Variations in appearance may occur — that’s the charm of artisanal baking!

  • Ingredients and allergens are listed clearly on each product page and in our Allergen PDF. It is your responsibility to check before placing an order.

3. Prices & Payments

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout through our secure payment system.

4. Delivery & Pickup

  • We offer local delivery within Manchester on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

  • Pickup is available from our kitchen in M6. The exact address will be shared after confirmation.

  • Please ensure someone is available during the delivery window you select.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup. After that, we cannot offer refunds.

  • We do not offer refunds for delivered items, except in rare cases (e.g., serious issues like a foreign object in the food). If this happens, please contact us immediately with proof.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All images, texts, logos and recipes on this website belong to Grué and are protected by copyright. Please do not use our content without permission.

7. Liability

  • Grué is not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of our products once delivered or picked up.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (weather, traffic, etc).
