Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once items are delivered or picked up.
However, if you experience an issue with your order (e.g. a serious quality issue), please contact us within 24 hours at info@gruepastry.com, with a description and photo.
We’ll assess each case individually and may issue a refund or replacement if appropriate.
