Our Fraisier is a classic of French patisserie. It consists of a soft gluten-free pain de Gênes sponge (almond-based biscuit with a light Victoria sponge-style texture), a layer of strawberry compote, fresh strawberries and a light vanilla diplomat cream. Fresh strawberries are beautifully arranged throughout the cake for a fresh, elegant and indulgent finish.
